just back from church...well this coming saturday the youths and others are going for a picnic, i not sure where...but im not going cause with the current strength of mine i cant go for any outdoor activities, depends on what outdoor activities, some i think i can ba but cant be extreme de of course...all who are going for picnic u all enjoy ya ^^...

but i pray that lord one day u will help me regain my strength so i can join the youths for outdoor activities...
